Kentucky Blue Grass Turf
- Tuff Turf is a special blend of 80% Kentucky Bluegrass and 20% Red Fescue that is perfectly suited to thrive in Saskatchewan’s climate. The Kentucky Bluegrass gives Tuff Turf a nice deep green colour, while making it soft to walk on. It also ensures the lawn will survive the long harsh winters that we face. The Red Fescue allows our lawn to still grow in shaded areas and helps to lower stress that can occur during droughts.
- Our turf is grown from certified #1 grass seed and is allowed three years of root growth before harvest.
- Also, being located in the Valley, south of Saskatoon, has given our turf the advantage of being grown on some of the most fertile soil around.
